IntelliJ IDEA 创建文件时自动添加文件头（开源协议）

在做 Apache 项目中，代码类的文件头都需要添加 Apache License，本文的配置可以创建文件时候自动添加文件头，不需要手动添加了。

步骤如下：

第 5 步，默认是这个配置：

/*
#if (${PACKAGE_NAME} && ${PACKAGE_NAME} != "")package ${PACKAGE_NAME};#end
#parse("File Header.java")
public class ${NAME} {
}

在前边添加协议就可以了：
