在operating condiction 里面使用 set_target_library_subset 命令。
例如 .v 结构：
top.v （用thre3.db）
----u1 or.v （用thre1.db）
----u2 and.v （用thre2.db）其中，u1和u2的工作电压域与top不同。
则除了用set_target_library_subset分不同的阈值之外，还需要顶层中把与顶层有交互的level shift(lvl)的db也加上：
set_target_library_subset -top "thre1.db thre2.db thre3.db"
set_target_library_subset "thre1.db" -object_list u1
