为了可以使得仿真的深度更深（想要将FPGA memory设计为512），将工程中仿真目标模块之外的模块删除，包括最终输出模块，于是在 identify debug design步骤中遇到该报错；
将最终输出模块添加回工程，重新仿真，报错消失。
