GitHub能加载mySQL吗_github数据库连接

我从github上拉取的项目，无法连接数据库，我看项目配置的数据库连接是localhost的，那么我是要自己在本地创建数据库吗，如果这样的话那数据库里面的表信息在哪里啊，第一次用github拉项目，萌新求教
