IntersectionObserver root 不兼容导致lazyload失效

新版本的LazyLoad使用IntersectionObserver API实现，但是实际用的时候，safari使用LazyLoad失效了。

    LazyLoad.prototype = {init: function() {/* Without observers load everything and bail out early. */if (!root.IntersectionObserver) {this.loadImages();return;}}}

调试打断点发现root.IntersectionObserver 对象老是为“undefined”，后面发现是兼容性问题.

官方文档里说的很清楚，safari和ie不支持。

后来搜索发现网上已经有polyfill，https://github.com/w3c/IntersectionObserver/tree/master/polyfill，下载下来js引用就可以啦
