运营支撑系统标准现状和发展趋势

摘要：各种电信新技术不断出现，使得网络变革不断进行，从而使得电信运营企业的运营支撑系统面临架构调整和新系统的建设问题。在这种情况下，电信界对新一代的运营支撑系统标准的需求显得更加迫切。一些国际化标准研究组织，如国际电信联盟(ITU)在下一代网络(NGN)管理方面的研究、电信管理论坛(TMF)新一代运营系统和软件(NGOSS)方面的标准、中国通信标准协会(CCSA)在网络管理标准方面的研究等，均取得了实质性的进展。但现有的运营支撑系统仍面临着体系结构改进、支撑重心转移、客户需求导向、技术演进等方面的挑战。

Abstract:The emerging of diversified new telecom technologies leads to continuous changing of telecom networks. Consequently, the operation support systems of telecom operation enterprises are facing structure adjustment and construction of new systems. In this situation, new generation operation support system standards are urgently required. Several standardization organizations have made substantial progresses in the study of the new generation standards, such as ITU′s study on NGN management, TMF′s on New Generation Operation System and Software (NGOSS) and CCSA′s on network management standards. However, the existing operation support systems are still confronted with architecture improvement, change of the focus of operation support, orientation of customers′ demands and technology evolution.
