摘要:目的基于网络药理学探讨肾病Ⅲ号方的主要活性成分、靶点及治疗慢性肾脏病蛋白尿的作用机制。方法 结合口服生物
利用度和类药性,在TCMSP 数据库中寻找与肾病Ⅲ号方组方中药相关的活性成分、靶点,在GeneCards 数据库搜索蛋白尿相关
靶点,采用Cytoscape 软件构建活性成分-靶点网络,并将获取的靶点信息利用ClueGO 进行基因通路的富集分析。结果 从肾病
Ⅲ号方中筛选获得102个活性成分、作用于126个靶点,与蛋白尿相关的靶点69个,流体剪切应力和动脉粥样硬化相关通路显
著性高。结论 初步验证了肾病Ⅲ号方的组方合理性及其治疗慢性肾脏病蛋白尿的科学性,并为进一步深入探讨肾病Ⅲ号方治
疗慢性肾脏病蛋白尿的机制奠定理论基础。
