问题复现：

liyang@ubuntu:~$ sudo apt install git

 按照如下命令输入到终端即可解决问题：

sudo rm /var/lib/apt/lists/lock
sudo rm /var/cache/apt/archives/lock
sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/lock*
sudo dpkg --configure -a
sudo apt update
